Britax Marathon Carseat |
The Britax Marathon Carseat
The Britax Marathon carseat is one of Britax’s most popular and legendary products, known for its
safety record, comfort, and style. Britax carseats are one of the most important products of this European
company which has been making infant and children's products for over fifty years. Britax Marathon is their best.
The Britax Marathon carseat, also known as the Britax Marathon Racer, is a convertible type seat.
This means that it can be used as an infant seat, a toddler seat, and a booster seat. As an infant seat,
the Britax Marathon carseat sits rear facing, and holds children who weigh five to thirty-three pounds.
After the child's first birthday, The Britax Marathon carseat can be turned to face the front, and holds
children twenty to sixty-five pounds. As a booster, the Britax Marathon carseat uses a seat belt.
It guides the belt to the proper position for a safe ride. Booster seats are great for children who are
too big for a traditional car seat, but are not yet big enough to use a seat belt on
their own safely.
The Britax Marathon carseat has many nice features. It has a twist and tangle free
five-point harness with locking chest clip. The harness can be placed in four positions to fit your
child snugly as they grow. The Britax Marathon carseat also features the LATCH system.
The Britax Marathon carseat also has a very comfortable plush, removable and washable seat cover.
As a child gets bigger, there are also other seat covers available shaped to give the child more shoulder room.
The carseat covers come in six colors, and four patterns.
