Century Car Seat |
Are You Considering a Century Car seat?
Century is a brand of Graco, the leading manufacturer of infant and children's products in the world.
Century car seats are a few of their reliable, durable, stylish products. You can find a Century car seat in one of
three types: Infant, Convertible, and Booster seats.
Some Century infant seats are made for infants up to twenty-two pounds or twenty-six inches long;
some are for babies up to twenty-six pounds, and twenty-nine inches long. They have extra support
for young infant’s heads and backs. Some models have a base that remains buckled in your vehicle so
you can unlatch the seat to use as a convenient infant carrier. You can purchase additional bases for
convenience when using more than one vehicle. The SnugRide line comes in many colors and styles.
A Century car seat also comes as a convertible type. A convertible Century car seat is
also called an infant-toddler car seat. This seat can be used rear facing for an infant, then faced
forward after the child's first birthday. These car seats usually hold children up to forty pounds.
The ComfortSport line of seats come in various styles, some with detachable, or attached head pillows.
Century also makes a number of booster seats. This kind of Century car seat comes in
many sizes for all heights and ages of children. Boosters are great for children too big for a
traditional Century car seat to wear a seatbelt properly. Some boosters have harnesses for young children,
and some just use the seat belt guides. The Platinum CarGo and TurboBooster are two popular lines of this
Century car seat.
