Century Carseats |
Century Carseats
Graco now owns the Century brand. Graco is the world’s leading manufacturer of baby and
children's products. Century carseats are among their reliable, stylish and durable products.
There are three types of Century carseats: infant, convertible, and booster.
Century makes many booster seats. These Century carseats come in many sizes for all ages and
heights of children. For children too big for traditional Century carseats boosters help them to wear a
seatbelt properly. Some Century booster carseats have harnesses for young children, while others just
use the seat belt guides.
For babies up to twenty-two pounds or twenty-six inches long there are a number of Century infant carseats;
there are even some for babies up to twenty-six pounds, and twenty-nine inches long. Additional support for young infants'
heads and backs is provided in their infant carseats.
Some models have stay-in-car bases that remain in your vehicle. This allows you to unlatch
the seat to use as a convenient carrier. You can purchase additional bases for convenience for multiple vehicles.
The seats come in many colors and styles.
Century carseats also come in a convertible type. Convertible Century carseats are also called
infant-toddler car seats. These seats can be used rear facing for a young baby, then can be turned around after
the child's first birthday. These seats usually hold children up to forty pounds. Century convertible seats
come in many styles. Some have detachable pillows, while others have attached pillows.
